Scope of Work: Built between 1985 and 1988, the "Arch" of the Washington State Convention Center is a crucial venue for Seattle's major meetings and events. Ownership has engaged Sway Mechanika LLC to perform anchorage system testing and create a comprehensive long-term service plan for the coming years. This ongoing project is expected to conclude in June 2025.

Seventy-O-One Condominiums
Client Name: Seventy-O-One Condominium Association and Yates, Wood & MacDonald, Inc.

Project Location: 7001 Sand Point Way, Seattle WA 98115​

Scope of Work: Built in the 1970, Seventy-O-One Condominiums comprises three buildings, offering a 4-story structure with 151 units. Situated in proximity to the well-known Magnuson Park and Burke-Gilman trailhead, the property is a prominent presence. The Ownership Board has collaborated with Sway Mechanika LLC to develop and implement a tailored anchorage system for rooftop maintenance needs. The project was completed in the summer of 2024.
